Dorothy I am going to guess you used one of the filters but which I do not know, could be one of the blur ones but I suspect more possibly the ones where it is like looking through opaque glass, water or gels, I have something similar on my photo blog but mine is done by mother nature :o) Frances ~ island threads
Did you displace it I wonder? I love the cups. Wonderful colours.
Hi Frances and Margaret,
I used a displacement map in Elements 6. The image I used for that was a wrought iron gate from the grounds of a local estate.
If you click on the picture and see the enlarged version you can see the Curly lines better.
