What is it?

Pieris Forestii

I love this shrub. It often starts with it's new leaves early, gets struck with frost and then has to start again. That didn't happen this year so it is doing well.

Had to help Mr Next Door with his rose today..... the weight if the rain had made it fall over... was rewarded with a quick snap.

It hasn't stopped raining today so far... but whatever the weather this shrub looks like the light is shining on it!

Meet my friend Toby

I think he is a little peeved with me as he brought one of his toys to show me and I took it off him and threw if for him to fetch! Apparently you are just supposed to look, not touch!

He's a lovely dog though.

Tulip Again!

This is from the same tulip as yesterday which I took in my friend Pat's garden. This time I used the whole flower and it it is displaced with her doormat!
