Had to take my elderly neighbour to the doctors at short notice this afternoon, so I took these to amuse myself while I waited. Boring aren't they? However, the building itself has some interest in that it used to be the modern lodge to one of the village Great Houses, called Potterells until the Doctors took it over in about 1965. It has recently been extended a great deal.
I looked up the original house today on the Internet and it was really beautiful until a series of mischances led to it's falling into disuse and finally had to be pulled down. Now there are rather posh flats there.
